You have choices when you work with AgeWell Housing Solutions to help in your search for the right senior housing or service. Your initial consultation, completed needs assessment and a list of referrals is our free service to you. You can choose to simply use our free offerings or we can help you further. For an ala carte fee we can help you plan tours, provide transportation for tours, provide consultation to aid you in making your decision, and even provide assistance in your move. With AgeWell Housing Solutions it is all about fulfilling your needs.

Which housing providers does AgeWell Housing Solutions work with?

AgeWell will work with senior housing providers and services that best meet your needs. We have contracts with most senior communities in the metro area, but this doesn't mean we will not refer you to a senior housing building or service that is outside of our network if it fits your needs.

What are the options if the placement is not satisfactory?

At AgeWell Housing Solutions our goal is to do a thorough needs assessment at the beginning of your search for senior housing or services. This way we can be clear about what you need and want and the right referrals can be made. If a placement is unsatisfactory, we will help evaluate what would better meet your needs and help you find a more fitting setting.
