Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC's)
Continuing care retirement communities (CCRC's) gives older adults the benefit of remaining in the same community even as their needs change. A CCRC generally offers private homes, independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing all on one campus. CCRC's differ from other types of housing solutions because a resident often pays a one time entrance or "buy-in" fee and then a monthly fee thereafter that is based on the type of housing and services they need.
